Organizational Structure

We believe that every single employee knows best how their organisational environment should be structured to minimise “friction” and thereby enable peak performance in a state of flow.
Since 2017 we have therefore worked in a self‑organised way based on holacracy. Instead of rigid hierarchies and strategic lunch‑dates, you’ll find an agile, appreciative collaboration at eye level with us.
